New Out Reach Program
We recently began a unique Out Reach Program with the Niagara Regional Nursing Homes. Check it out. Updates to come.
We are currently in the process of updating our Wellness Program and Standard of Care with our Veterinarians. This program will ensure that the health
and wellness of each Horse and Pony continue to be are met throughout the year.
We are very excited about this, and we hope that as we move forward with this initiative, we will be looking for Sponsors for the program.
Contact Us or Donate
LCHPR is a non profit registered charity. We do not generate any income from saving a horse, pony or donkey. We do this for no other reason than to save an equine from an end that no animal should ever meet.
We require donations and volunteers to continue our programs. We need volunteers who do not mind a little work; everything from mucking stalls, barn cleaning, grooming the horses to experienced riders. And we need donations.
We need hay, lumber to winterize our barn, paint for stalls, gift cards to Minor Bros. for grain, supplements, and shavings.
Everyone's contribution is appreciated and no one reaps the benefits more than the horses! And that's the reason that LCHPR exists.
Your time, effort, gifts and donations are the reason we are able to do what we do and continue to give back to our community. If you want to help in any way please contact us at the Rescue, or come and visit us, and the horses, and see what we do first hand.
